Patagonia Toronto
Event Booklet
In 2014 Patagonia Toronto was hosting a talk and fundraiser for the work Victor Norton was doing restoring the natural fish pathways in the rivers and streams of Southern Ontario.
By the late 1960s, fish populations were decimated and the waters defiled by chemicals. Worse, the streams had all been needlessly dammed preventing the fish from reaching northern lakes. Victor Norton was changing that, one dam at a time.
Patagonia Toronto wanted to give out a booklet for the event that increased awareness for both the activism and the store. The feature article eventually made its way into the hands of Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard who personally reached out to Victor to thank him.
